programs to supporting the introduction and sale of retail

commercial financial
products. A creative thinker valued for her strategic counsel,

prowess, and attention to detail, Minakowski specializes

designing and
launch-
ing
general institutional positioning programs as well as
advertising,
direct mail,
and sales
promotion efforts. She is former holder of both
APR
accreditation and
the rare “Fellow”
designation from the Public Relations
Society of America
and
earned the Lifetime
Achievement
Award from
PRSA’s Maryland chapter. She is an alumna of Towson University and is
approaching her 40th year of professional public relations and marketing communications work for organizations ranging from Commercial Credit Corporation, First National Bank of Maryland, Signet Bank, and Legg Mason, among others.
