Experienced in creating award-winning institutional, employee, and marketing communications programs that have garnered local and national honors, Fran Minakowski has held executive posts in financial services organizations over a span of 25 years with assignments ranging from merger-related communications programs to supporting the introduction and sale of retail and commercial financial products.
A creative thinker valued for her strategic counsel, writing/presenting prowess, and attention to detail, Mrs. Minakowski specializes in designing and launching general institutional positioning programs as well as advertising, media relations, direct mail, and sales promotion efforts.
She is holder of both APR accreditation and the rare “Fellow” designation from the Public Relations Society of America and earned the Lifetime Achievement Award from PRSA’s Maryland chapter.
Mrs. Minakowski is an alumna of Towson University and is approaching her 40th year of professional public relations and marketing communications work for organizations ranging from the Baltimore Orioles, Commercial Credit Corporation and First National Bank of Maryland to Signet Bank, Loyola College and Legg Mason, among others.

- Elected to College of Fellows, Public Relations Society of America (1995); her induction brought to only 277 the number of U.S. practitioners to have earned Fellows status.
